Aims of objectives
The aims and objectives for Hwa rang TSD is to create awareness of the company/brand and several products they produce also the service they provide for a martial arts company. To be able to sell their stock and attract buyers, as well as expand and grab the attention of potential customers for the brand I've chosen to make the products for. The aim of the project is to design and create several print base media products. (poster, leaflets, newspaper and billboards) in order to help the company get out to the public and help sales I will have to make the logo more professional also to make a eye catching poster so the general public will look and be interested this will attract buyers. In relation to the objective, the logo will be the main image of the company as it will represent the meaning and the content they produce. As I am thinking of making several print base media for the company which will emphasis the purpose of the company. To get through to the general public I will have to make a poster and flyer.
Target Audience
The target audience for company I have decided to make my print base media for are anybody who wants to get fit and healthy however the company does target there audience 8+ and have no specific gander they aim for. The company currently looks for families who want to get fit together and healthy. They look for people who want to travel the world and learn how to protect them self's just in case something happens. The company also aims for young kids what need to learn respect and discipline. The type of people what are targeted are people in the A,B,C1 categories which means the parents will be able to pay for the service.
Campaign message
The message represented in the campaign I am aiming to create my advertisement for is health and sports. The campaign will help the reader get up and go as it will advertise health sports and want you to do the same sport. They use slogans like "Best of the Best" to make you think that you will be with the best in the world. The logo is very professional and relate to sports very well. With the pressure of body image at the moment in society the reader see that the media represents that anybody can change. The mode of address on my advertising campaign will be formal and will be "teacher to pupil" as it will be giving information on the sport and how the reader can take part.
Relevant legal/ Ethical issues
Copyright is a way for producers to be able to protect their work and for it not to be used with out the producer permission. I will seek permission when I need to use the work form other people however I will no need permission that much as my documentary will all be made by myself. However I will obey this right. I will do this by using a release and consent form.
ASA
The ASA, Advertising Standards Authority apply advertising codes which lay down rules for the advertisers, agencies and media owners to take in consideration when producing work. They are able to remove or have amended any ads that may breach the rules. This may be done as they will see or recognize offensive material, misleading information for example alcohol, gambling, financial products and violence. I will obey these guidelines in my documentary and poster. For example one of the codes I will need to adhere to is "Harm and Offence" this is because my documentary is about fighting. My print material should not cause offence of the grounds gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability or age.
Regulatory Bodies
The print base advertisements media such as posters, flyers, CD cover and billboards will all be rated for the audience so they can see if it is suitable for them or the parents child. before I release the print base media into the public the BBFC will have to look at it and give it a rating also to approve the documentary to be on TV.

M2 audio visual
As I am making my print base media I will also be looking at the audio visual I am aiming to make at the same time. for the campaign I am making I am able to make an trailer for the documentary also a small advert promoting the sport. The people who will be featured in all most of the campaign will most likely be my friends who train the martial art I'm training. The audio visual will include action shots and certain things that we created. In the audio visual I will be recording in sports hall around England and Europe so I can get a wide span of people. The places that my audio visual and mainly campaign will be n TV and in certain gyms also on posters around the area. We do have a social media website page set up for example like Facebook and Twitter this is done so it is a great way to get awareness around also the audio visual will be put onto the social. The advert and trailer will not be long as it will be only 2 minutes of footage however include all the needed information. The documentary will be 8 minutes long and may be on TV and free to watch on the social media website.
